Lift & Sculpt Gua Sha

The Lift & Sculpt Gua Sha has 6 edges, each of which has a specific function when you use it to do different Gua Sha exercises. The long and short end are used to work and lift the connective tissue as well as for lymphatic drainage. The grooved edge is used to even out fine lines and wrinkles. The curved end is used to work with bone structure such as the jaw, cheekbones and eyebrows and the tips are used to stimulate the acupuncture points on the face.

Gua Sha has roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been used as a healing method for thousands of years. Gua means "scraping" and Sha "redness" which indicates the process that comes when you scrape the skin with the stone, to increase oxygen and blood circulation, but also loosens up stagnation in the body and face, helps with lymphatic drainage and muscle tension as well as evens out skin tone.
