Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop at www.soulskin-essentials.dk.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your goods/your order.

You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by writing to hello@soulskin-essentials.dk In your notification, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and state your order number.

You cannot undo by simply refusing to receive the item.

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the goods.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.

You bear the risk for the item until the time of the item's return.

You lose your right of withdrawal if;

You break the seal on goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return
The product's packaging is broken or otherwise opened.
The item is not returned complete.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, characteristics and the way it functions.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount and return of the item
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When returning the purchased item in case of regret, you must pay the costs yourself.

We will refund your payment without undue delay and in any case no later than 8 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

We do NOT accept return packages in parcel shops only at the address.

Right of complaint

When you shop at www.soulskin-essentials.dk, you of course have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can basically get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time". Please send us an email at hello@soulskin-essentials.dk with your order number, fault with the item and a picture of the fault/damage.
